Hey Guys, January is normally a month for resolutions to be made and kept ... if only I had done the same.

Now that this gluttonous month is over I have decided on a change. After months of careful deliberation I have decided to give up meat. I know that some of you may not agree with my choice but my love of animals trumps my love for meat.
